This policy explains how Flying Forest (proprietor: Rekha Kishore Batavia) ("we") handles personal data on Will Mitra, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Your draft will stays on your device
Details you type into the will builder (your family, assets and wishes) are saved only in your own browser, on your own device. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes the draft.
2. What we collect

Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay. We never receive them.
3. Who we share it with
- The independent advocate reviewing your will, only if you buy a plan that includes review.
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Government offices, such as the Sub-Registrar, only for registration you have asked for.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months, and order and invoice records for the period required by tax law. Copies of wills you share with us are kept only for as long as your plan needs, unless you ask us to store them.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights after your death. Write to us at the contact below and we will respond within 30 days.
